Restricted areas throughout Queensland
A 'restricted area' is a parcel/s of land that is exempt from having exploration or mining permits activated over it. The restriction itself may only apply to the exploration and mining activities of a particular mineral/s or it can be a broad restriction from any activity. Knowing what land is restricted will help explorers and developers know where exactly they can go to carry out their activities.
